    Wan’n'a know my fav?

    CREAM OF AVOCADO & COCONUT!
    1 avocado (ripe) per person
1 spoon coconut butter (buy in Whole Foods orCo-ops)
1 pinch of sea salt (or) touch of “Bragg’s” (Ditto “)
    1 pinch of cardamom powder
2 + spoonfuls of shredded dry coconut
3 drops of bee-honey (diluted in spoonful of water)

Except shredded dry coconut, blend all in fine blend until finely pureed.
For texture, mix in the shredded coconut (save a little coconut aside)
Choose a ♥ contaner. Adorn w/the bit of cocunut you saved & a gorgeous pubple pansy flower!

Serve w/ hazelnut carackers -as a “dip”

    - Add and incorporate to vegetable broth (or white miso broth) for a super fancy soup of avocado & coconut cream…

Happy pot-luck! (or lunch or dinner! ; )
